    The menopause is part of the natural cycle of life and is a time of change experienced by all women to the next phase of life, unlike say period problems or pregnancy. Every woman’s experience is different, but the average age range is between and it’s a common reason for women to seek support from a herbal or Ayurvedic practitioner. So let’s shift our perspective to look at menopause through the eyes of a man. You see, sometimes we get so caught up in how we’re feeling that we fail to consider what someone else is seeing.
